Coastal Connectivity ("we", "us") is a network engineering business based in Pool, Redruth, Cornwall. This policy explains what we do with your information. It is written to be read, not to hide anything.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your site through the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp or email. The website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, quote for work, carry it out and keep records for the job. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Us, and the form provider that delivers your enquiry to our inbox. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone for marketing. Where a job requires handover to your own IT provider, that only happens with your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are cleared out periodically. Records for completed work are kept as long as needed for warranty, support and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email scott@coastalconnectivity.co.uk and we will sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
